The Chick-fil-A® Backstage Tour is a walking, guided cultural tour. The central focus is S. Truett Cathy, Founder of Chick-fil-A®. Throughout the tour, you will get to experience our most valued company assets: our hospitable people, delicious food, the infectious "Eat Mor Chikin®" Cows, and our unique story.
The Original (1 Hour)
Whet your appetite with a tasting of this culture tour. Learn the history of Chick-fil-A founder, Truett Cathy, and the core value of the company. Visit the History Museum and learn how it all began.
The Deluxe (2 Hours)
Hungry for more? Experience the History Museum, and take a quick shuttle ride to see new product development in "The Kitchen" and visit the "Nest" innovation center.
Additional Information
- Tour groups must be previously registered on our website to receive admittance onto the Chick-fil-A Support Center and tour. Our tour is available for adults and children ages six and older.
- The Chick-fil-A® Backstage Tour requires 1 to 2 miles of walking, so please wear comfortable shoes. Business casual or casual attire is preferred.
- Tour times begin promptly at their scheduled start time. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time to allow for check-in at the Chick-fil-A security entrance.
Please be advised that we are unable to provide early admittance or waiting for accommodations more than 15 minutes prior to the tour. If you arrive after the start of your tour time, your tour will be modified according to the tour schedule.
