I have been compensated to facilitate this review; however, all opinions are my own.

Every great cook knows that the secret to good cooking is in the seasoning. And that doesn't mean salt! Using herbs and spices is an easy way to bring dull dishes to life; turning a good meal into a great one. That's one of my favorite things about Litehouse because even if you don't consider yourself an expert in the kitchen, with Litehouse products, no one would ever know. Their dressings, dips, and freeze dried herbs are bursting with flavor to spice up your family's meals without breaking the bank, and equally as important, without a lot of extra work. With the added responsibility of homeschooling my kids, time is a commodity these days. Litehouse has been a lifesaver helping me in the kitchen and finding exciting new ways to entertain my family at home with the online resource center they've created. It features free downloadable recipes and family night activity ideas that are being updated every Thursday throughout October.

We are a ranch dressing family, and honestly, I had never tried Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing before. But I love it and will be adding it to my shopping list. Not only do we eat it on our salads, but we use it as a dipper for chicken, and even for our pizza.

As the mother of two active boys and a former athlete's wife, making hearty, healthy, and delicious meals for my family is a priority, as is keeping them entertained and learning. I'm busy with work and at home, but quality time with my family is essential. The activities in the Litehouse Family Activity Kits are simple but super cool to add a little fun to dinnertime, making our family time even more special at home. So far, our favorite themes are Super Hero Week and Sports Week, but we are looking forward to enjoying the other themes. My boys loved making these super hero masks while eating their pizza, which we decided to make in a Captain America theme.

During Sports Week, we indulged in the trivia provided, went out for a bike ride, and played a friendly, but competitive game of red light, green light, among other things. I tried Litehouse's recipe for Ranch-Lover's hot dogs but used the Avocado Ranch dressing instead of the traditional flavor. For an after-dinner snack, I used the Guacamole Herb Blend to make guac. I make guacamole weekly so I was anxious to try it. Without the extra work of chopping up onions and the other herbs and spices I typically add, it was yummy. My family barely noticed the difference.

I've found Litehouse products at my local Walmart Supercenter stores, Kroger, Publix, and Target. The Family Night at Home activities can be found here. I know I will be adding more Litehouse products to my grocery pickup order and incorporating some of their tasty recipes and engaging activities to my family's lifestyle beyond October. They are a great addition to my meal and family fun night planning. For more information on these and other Litehouse products, you can visit https://www.litehousefoods.com/, or find them on FacebookInstagram, and Twitter

I had the pleasure of delivering a large pizza and Family Activity Kit and delighting two busy moms; a teacher and a mompreneur. They were ecstatic to receive the packages, and I look forward to hearing how much their families enjoyed the recipes and activities. The good news is that everyone can Do Family Night Right at Home. You can also enter sweepstakes on the Litehouse website for a chance to win weekly themed family night activity kits with all the essentials for 25 nights of creating more memories together this fall. Weekly themes range from sports to superheroes to animals, and each kit features arts and crafts supplies, activity sheets, a Redbox® movie night, and Litehouse 20 oz. Homestyle Ranch dressing! See complete rules for details.

Additionally, through the end of October, you have a 1 in 2 chance to win a Redbox® movie night for a 1-day disc rental or On-Demand rental when you purchase select Litehouse products at your local grocery store!
