| I’m Chef Kimberly “Kimihou” Bryant, owner of The Cookie Emporium. I’m a pastry chef, self-proclaimed foodie, culinary instructor, and mother of two very talented children. I have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was a little girl. As the oldest of my grandmother’s granddaughters, I had the distinct pleasure of being in her company in the kitchen! My mother also played a significant role in putting me in the kitchen at an early age. While she was teaching independence, she was also instilling a love for food that would never die.
