The Rock Ranch, a 1,500-acre family-fun destination founded by the late S. Truett Cathy of Chick-fil-A, will host its 20th Annual Celebrate America event on Saturday, June 29. The farm invites the public to enjoy a massive fireworks show at dark, with over 25 unique family fun attractions to entertain all ages throughout the afternoon and evening. The event begins at 2 p.m. and will be complete after the fireworks around 9:45 p.m.
The Rock Ranch encourages visitors to get creative with their red, white, and blue wardrobe; cash prizes will be awarded to participants from infants to grandparents.
Tickets are $14.99/tax per visitor older than two years of age until 6 p.m. After 6 p.m., admission is $25 per carload. General admission includes entry to the farm, access to 25+ attractions, music, and access to the fireworks show. Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate. There are four activities that are not included with admission, zip line rides (800 ft. fast line - $8/tax or 1400 ft. long line - $12.75/tax), rock climbing ($5/tax), and gemstone mining ($4.99/tax to $19.99/tax).
Included attractions are locomotive train, pony rides, paddle boats, pedal carts, a carousel, Tiny Town children’s playhouse village, petting zoo, slide hill, sports zone and speed pitch, gemstone museum and fossil dig, corn bin, cane pole fishing, cow train, giant jumping pillow, cow bounce and more.
Concessions will be offered including brisket sandwich, homegrown beef hamburger, chicken tenders, Chick-fil-A® chicken sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, snow cones, corn dogs, Dippin’ Dots®, kettle corn, boiled peanuts, funnel cakes, and tater tots.
More “Fun in the Summer”
The Rock Ranch will open during select days this summer for playtime on the farm. Guests can enjoy 25+ attractions plus large inflatable water slides. Fun in the Summer dates are July 10-12, 17-19, and 24-26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $14.99 plus tax/guest older than two years of age. General admission grants access to the farm and attractions but does not cover zip lining ($8/tax for 800 ft. fast line, $12.75/tax for 1400 ft. long line), rock climbing ($5/tax), and gemstone mining ($4.99/tax to $19.99/tax). In addition to activities at the ranch, guests can visit The Country Store for local honey, jams and jellies, gifts, souvenirs, and homemade strawberry ice cream.
