Tri-Cities Small Business Fair Has Finally Arrived! Thursday, May 2

On May 2, 2019, from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, the cities of College Park, East Point, and Hapeville are holding the 2nd Annual Tri-Cities Small Business Fair at the Georgia International Convention Center to help small businesses start, grow, and thrive. The Small Business Fair will be a full day event with breakout classes, continental breakfast, and lunch for the expected 200 attendees. It will be a great day of learning and growth. 


The day will begin with networking and breakfast, followed by learning sessions covering everything from starting a home-based business to growing your existing business into a regional player. There will be a working lunch where we will hear from industry experts regarding topics that will be beneficial to any type of business owner. Speakers will include state and local municipal and economic development professionals, as well as, business owners and executives from successful local businesses. Whether you are an entrepreneur just starting out or a seasoned business professional - this event is for you!




General Session Overview:

• Starting and Running a Home-Based Business
• Doing Business in College Park, East Point and Hapeville
• Moving a Home-Based Business to a Brick and Mortar
• Industry Expert Luncheon
• Growing an Existing Business into a Statewide and Regional Player


Breakout Sessions (Additional ticket purchase required):

Morning Session (9:20 AM - 11:20 AM) - Entrepreneurship 101 Workshop facilitated by Emory University’s Goizueta Business School; $10

This dynamic workshop will help entrepreneurs refine their business knowledge.



Afternoon Session (1:00pm-2:00pm) - Deeper Dive; $5

Top Industry Experts covering topics such as alternative financing, marketing and legal compliance.
