On Saturday, February 24, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Essay Writing /Scholarships for College Workshop is being held at Chattahoochee Tech College (Marietta campus). This event is being offered to high school student-athletes.
The goal of the event is to help student-athletes to develop multiple streams of funding for attending and finishing college with effective writing skills that win scholarships. This workshop will offer students a resume building workshop that is taught in high schools and other organizations to help them receive more notice among scholarship organizations, colleges, and coaches. Students will learn how to overcome self-doubt and apply practical principles in applying for scholarships. The workshops will teach students the qualifications and disqualifications in applying for scholarships.
