Introducing Friends & Advocates of Macaroni Kid CEM

Help us bring more family fun

By Kimberly Bryant, Publisher MK DSF&CEM February 24, 2017

Good morning,

As your publisher I have had an opportunity to travel our community and meet kids, parents, teachers, administration, clergy and those running for political office.  There is a common thread in these conversations.  People want MORE things for their children.

Macaroni Kid strives to be that THING bridging the gap between the wants and needs of the community and those who provide those services.  We understand that every small business can not afford monthly advertising to reach our audience.  We also understand that in order for Macaroni Kid to be fully effective we need to start hosting our own programs.

As an entrepreneur I think it is important to support our community.  I have received your email requests.  There is a need for more teen programming.  There is a need for more PTA involvement.  There are needs in our community that over the next year we want to meet.

I'm asking for your help.  We have over three thousand self subscribed families on Macaroni Kid DSF & CEM.

Any Sponsorship amount is accepted.  We need signage and tents for festivals, we need flyers and posters to pass out, we need to be able to pay vendor booth fees at parks, we want to support the local sports teams by being a sponsors but I need your help to do it.

We want to host MK Kids nights and support our local HS sports teams.  We want to offer free advertising to new business owners that need our help but can't afford it.  We want to fully educate our community on the resources within a 15 minute ride from your homes.  We want to host a back to school drive this year and a not back to school party for our homeschool community.  We want to give away school supplies and feed our volunteers.  We want to be at your kid's Fall Festivals and to do more appreciation days for the teachers.  We want to expand our reach in the community but we need your help.

Please consider becoming apart of our F.A.M. movement.

Again I thank you for your support and hope to see you in the community!
