We provide a inspirational youth program that empower self-identify, self-worth, and self-expression for children. Our program provides tools that enrich and promote: affirmations, body mindfulness, meditation, self-control, breathing, and self-sustainability. We will be celebrating ourselves, heros and community on MLK Day!
