College Park is gearing up for one of its most beloved traditions, which is the 2026 Clayton County Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Parade! On Monday, January 19th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to noon, the streets will come alive with music, movement, and the powerful spirit of community as neighbors, schools, and faith leaders join together to honor Dr. King’s enduring legacy of justice, unity, and service.
This year, the City is thrilled to welcome The Honorable Judge Penny Brown Reynolds, Ph.D., as the Grand Marshal, a leader whose voice, vision, and commitment to service beautifully reflect the values Dr. King championed.

- Line-up: 8:30 AM
- Step-Off: 10:00 AM sharp
- Road Closures: Begin at 9:30 AM
- Route: 1630 Phoenix Boulevard, Suite 200 → 5517 West Fayetteville Road
- Grandstand Viewing: At the parade endpoint
