By Kristen Wright-Matthews, Editor & Publisher, Macaroni Kid College Park * East Point * Morrow July 27, 2020

Everyone has a new neighbor and she's ready to have some fun with your kids, ages 3 to 12. Molly Mugyoo is a five-year-old little girl who wears her sneakers on her hands and her heart on her sleeve. She is a self-proclaimed "Weirdo" and loves to be different from others. She encourages kids to see the different aspects of themselves and to embrace those differences.

You can tune in to watch Molly for the live show via Zoom on Monday, August 3 at 1:00 PM EST once you register. Be sure to also subscribe to her YouTube channel. The first episode's theme is about not judging a book by its cover will be 45 minutes of fun and games with Molly.

You might have met Molly's Daddy, Dewey Mugyoo, here before.

Dewey Mugyoo created Molly while living in Manhattan. He has always loved puppets and puppetry. One day Dewey says he walked into the Dollar Store across the street from his apartment building and that's where Molly was born. "Everything she is came from a single trip to that Dollar Store!," recalls Dewey.

You can view Molly's first forays into the world, in Washington Square Park, where Dewey would take her on Sunday afternoons to interact with people. "When we moved from NYC to Atlanta a couple of years ago, Molly took a back seat for a while," said Dewey. "But during this downtime, I decided to bring her back out to meet all of my new Tri-Cities friends."
