Fulton County School Board Announces February Community Meetings

Each member of the Fulton County Board of Education sponsors a monthly meeting open to all members of the community. The sessions provide an opportunity for direct contact with community members and give School Board members a chance to listen to local issues and concerns.

Board members have set the following meeting dates for February 2019:

Katha Stuart, District 1 
February 13, 9:30 a.m.
Roswell North Elementary School


Katie Reeves, District 2
February 19, 9:30 a.m.
Birmingham Falls Elementary School

Gail Dean
, District 3    
February 13, 6:30 p.m.
Riverwood International Charter School
(Due to scheduling conflicts at Hamilton E. Holmes Elementary, the location has changed to Riverwood and will include an update on the school’s construction.)

Linda Bryant, District 4
February 19, 6 p.m.
C.H. Gullatt Elementary School 

Linda McCain
, District 5            
February 20, 9:30 a.m.
River Trail Middle School

Kimberly Dove
, District 6        
February 20, 6:30 p.m.
Banneker High School

Julia Bernath, District 7
February 13, 7 p.m.
North Springs Charter High School


Fulton County Board of Education members have hosted these community meetings for a number of years and are believed to be one of the few school boards in the country to use such a process for gathering input.
