Good morning Macaroni Kid Family,
I know it's been a while since I have written a personal letter to my audience. I hope you have enjoyed your summer vacation. It's hard to believe the kids are preparing to go back to school! As a homeschool family, we will begin on August 7, 2017, just like most of you. I've even heard some of the kids are going back next week! How crazy is this!
As the hustle and bustle of the school year begins to remember to follow us on Facebook to keep up on specials from uniform stores. Next week we will check in with CHOA and get their tips on packing lunches. I'll also some information from Kaiser on keeping healthy this school year.
Our community is GROWING and I could not be more pleased to be your publisher mom. I hope that as the summer winds down and parents are looking for things to do you will continue to share the Macaroni Love!
As a reminder.......parents don't forget to take a moment to yourselves every day. This week my bakery expanded! As amazing as that is, it came with a serious reality check on what my life will look like going forward. While the work load increased, the laundry was still there, dinner still needed preparation and the kids still needed their Uber_mom driver to get to rehearsals. My mom's panel encouraged me to take a few moments for myself every day, to center my thoughts and find inner peace. I LOVE my mom's panel and I will begin to share them in the coming months. We are going to be launching tribe meetings!
