If you've ever been to one of the special events at the Woodruff Arts Center, Zoo Atlanta or The Fernbank Museum, there's a good chance you and your kids may have been singing, humming, dancing and jumping to the tunes of DJ Willy WOW and his best friend, Little Beat, The #1 Chinchilla (a life-sized mascot)!


Little Beat Music has been partying with Atlanta families and family-centric organizations since 2005. They believe in fostering strong familial, school and other interpersonal relationships through pro-social, kid-friendly music. 

Little Beat operates in two capacities: (1) as a mobile DJ service and (2) as a music-making powerhouse! They are the official DJ service for Zoo Atlanta and Atlanta Parent Magazine’s Block Party. In fact our own mini Macaroni is a testament to how entertaining Little Beat is because she had so much fun dancing and jumping around to some very hip but kid-friendly tunes at Zoo Atlanta's Earth Day Celebration in April, she didn't want to leave!


When Producer, Artist and Entertainer William March (a.k.a. DJ Willy WOW!) founded Little Beat Music, he had a single goal – to develop educational, kid-friendly entertainment that the whole family can enjoy. Over the last five years Little Beat Music has grown steadily and now creates and produces both award winning music and incredible live events.

William’s song-writing ability has also earned Little Beat Music national recognition as a leader in the children’s entertainment space at the 2010, 2011 and 2012 White House Easter Egg Rolls! 

When DJ Willy WOW! and Little Beat, The #1 Chinchilla, perform, they bring these original compositions to life in an exciting and interactive stage show!

Little Beat Music is played regularly on SIRIUS XM Kid’s Radio Live and the songs “First Time on a Plane” and “Little Beat Box” have been featured on SIRIUS XM Kids’ 13 under 13 list. Little Beat Music has released three successful albums to date, "I Am Here," "The Holiday Special," and "And The Winner Is..."
