Transitioning into Fall
Can you believe the summer is coming to an end? Yes, we'll be officially making the transition into Fall on Sept. 23. Wow!
It does seem like just yesterday we were taking dips in the pool, putting away our winter sweaters and firing up the grill for the first time in the season. But now, the kids are back in school, the days are already getting shorter and there's even a little morning chill in the air as we head out the door.
With Fall, comes new routines ...
We All Need A Little "Time Out"!
Every parent has probably come to the realization at one point or another that for as much as they love their kids, there comes a time when they also drive you a little crazy!
That's why parents also know that they may need to plan one night a week or maybe twice a month where it's "Just the Two of Us". But when time rolls around to plan "date night", often we find ourselves searching the web last minute to find that perfect place to go.
With that ...

Yo'Drops Review
Macaroni Mom Tested, Macaroni Mom Approved
Anyone who knows me, is fully aware that I'm always on the hunt for kid-friendly, delicious and NUTRITIOUS snacks for my daughter. So when our friends at Revolution Foods offered to let us try their new organic kid snack called Yo ...

No time to cook a healthy meal for the kids?

Macaroni Tips
Money-Saving Tips
Hey Macaroni Kid readers, here's a few money-saving tips for you to implement in your home!
Cleaning Supplies - When we started cleaning houses we realized that our profits would not be as high if we had to go and buy a bunch of cleaning supplies. Instead, we researched homemade cleaning ingredients and recipes and we made our own for under $20. As long as you can get past the vinegar smell (it dissipates after an hour or so) you can save a lot of money and you can save ...
